Together, we can nurture the next generation of STEM leaders.

As a nonprofit organization, Kid Spark Education deeply values the philanthropic support of the community. Your donation will support mission-critical efforts such as researching and improving our programs in partnership with world-class universities, as well as subsidizing program placements in schools that serve low-income students.

Through the STEM Equity Grants Program, we are working to disrupt the pattern of educational inequity by providing STEM programming to children from underserved and underrepresented communities.

We partner with schools across the United States to provide consistent, hands-on STEM education in the classroom to bridge the widening STEM achievement gap and prepare all children to succeed in the 21st century.

To remove barriers for the schools and communities with the greatest need, we are committed to granting 24 STEM Equity Grants by 2022. The average cost to implement a Kid Spark program is around $12,000.

The Kid Spark Effect

"In the past, our STEM fair was all boys, but now that we’re using Kid Spark, 3 of the best presenters at our STEM fair had girls on the team. In 4 of the 6 teams, it was girls who presented. It is great to see our girls engaging with the program in that way. I see the boys looking to the girls for the support—girls are really engaged. They are believing in themselves."

“I’m in my second year teaching engineering concepts with Kid Spark to kindergartners. I am amazed at how easily the students learn and start applying math, science and engineering concepts with Kid Spark.[...] I really appreciate that all students experience success with Kid Spark, since there are no right and wrong creations."

We’re committed to closing the opportunity gap for children who have been traditionally underserved or underrepresented based on race, gender, and economic or geographic disadvantage.
