Hi, I’m Mark Lingenfelter — a former educator, operations supervisor, now warehouse manager, with over a decade of experience in leadership, training, and team development.
I spent 12 years teaching and coaching in public education, where I taught a wide range of subjects—from 7th grade Geography to 8th grade English Language Arts—and co-taught a wide range of subjects. As a special education teacher, I learned how to adapt, communicate, and problem-solve in fast-paced, high-stakes situations—skills that directly inform how I lead today.
I also coached both girls’ and boys’ high school tennis teams for over a decade, helping student-athletes grow in confidence, skill, and resilience.
In 2024, I chose to make a career change from teaching. I did cabinetry with Kabinet Korner and Bass Creek Cabinetry, then revisited retail and served as the Plumbing and Electrical Supervisor at Lowe’s, where I applied my strengths in organization, inventory management, time management, and team collaboration. I took the skills acquired from my time at both Sears and Lowe's and am using them to serve as Warehouse Manager at Kid Spark Education.
I’m passionate about process improvement, helping teams succeed, and continuing to learn new things every single day.
Whether it’s coaching on or off the court, coordinating a department, or managing inventory, I bring focus, dedication, and a drive to get things done right.
