Hi, I’m Mark Lingenfelter. I’m a former educator, operations supervisor, and now a warehouse manager. I have over a decade of experience in leadership, training, inventory management, and team development.
I’m a graduate of Missouri Southern State University and spent 12 years teaching in public education. I taught a wide range of subjects ranging from 7th grade Geography to 8th grade English Language Arts. I also co-taught a wide range of subjects. As a special education teacher I learned how to adapt, communicate, and problem solve. These are skills that directly impact the leader I am today.
During my teaching career, I also coached the girls’ and boys’ high school tennis teams for over a decade, helping student athletes grow in confidence, skill, and resilience. We made character growth, honesty, sportsmanship, and hard work staples of our program.
I’m passionate about process improvement, helping teams succeed, and continuing to learn new things every single day. Whether it’s coaching on or off the court, coordinating a department, or managing inventory, I bring focus, dedication, and a drive to get things done right.
