Indianapolis, Indiana – October 1, 2024 – Kid Spark Education and Bridgestone partner to bring STEM learning opportunities to Earnie Pyle Elementary School
Expanding the STEM Equity Grants Initiative
Bridgestone Americas Trust Fund, a strong advocate of STEM education, and partner on several Kid Spark Education initiatives, has generously sponsored the placement of another STEM Equity Grant in the Indianapolis, Indiana, area.
Title I school, Ernie Pyle Elementary, has been granted an Early-Elementary Kid Spark STEM program that is set to kick off in the classroom starting October 3rd, 2024. Kid Spark educational experts have worked with Ernie Pyle faculty to create a tailored implementation plan suited to the unique needs of the school. With implementation guides and educator-training complete, the program is ready to be received by young engineers!
Kid Spark Education is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering all children, especially those from underserved and underrepresented communities, to learn and love STEM. We develop innovative STEM learning products and solutions, share them with schools and informal learning providers across the country, and support educators as they mentor the next generation of inventors, leaders, and creative problem solvers.
Kid Spark Education’s STEM Equity Grants Initiative provides all of the tools needed for a progressive and sustainable STEM education program to underserved schools and informal learning providers, completely free of charge.
